About the Role 

The Touch-Up Artist will be responsible for restoring and perfecting finished products, including painted surfaces, gold/silver leaf, wood finishes, fillers, metals and decorative detailing


This hands-on role requires attention to detail, a steady hand, and an eye for color matching and texture consistency.


You’ll work closely with our Quality Control and Assembly departments to ensure every piece meets Wildwood’s high standards before shipping to customers.

This is a part-time role, and the hours will be decided upon based on what works best for the candidate.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform touch-up work on lighting, furniture, mirrors, and decorative accessories

  • Repair chips, scratches, dents, and other imperfections using appropriate techniques (paint, filler, gilding, etc.)

  • Apply and blend paint, stain, or leaf to match existing finishes

  • Mix custom colors and finishes as needed

  • Restore damaged surfaces on metal, wood, resin, and painted materials

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked touch-up station

  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to identify and prioritize repairs
