Operations Coordinator

About the Role
Answer and direct phone calls and greet visitors.
Coordinate meetings, make travel arrangements, handle registrations, and schedule meetings for staff and Board members as directed.
Assist with preparation of Board minutes and prepare correspondence to Board of Directors members as directed.
Maintain physical and electronic filing systems and organizational records.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and packaging for Foundation programs and events.
Coordinate catering, meeting logistics, and facility preparation for staff meetings, Board meetings, and Foundation events.
Monitor office supply inventory and purchase routine supplies as needed.
Support management and organization of Golden LEAF scholar materials and event supplies.
Maintain the appearance, organization, and functionality of shared office spaces.
Schedule inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs to ensure facilities remain safe and operational.
Assist the Director of Operations with special projects and other operational initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
At least two years of relevant professional experience supporting administrative functions. Internship or fellowship experience may be counted toward this requirement.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in use of common software programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Golden LEAF uses OneDrive.
