About the Role
Insurance Client Relationship Manager (Part-Time)
Location: Rocky Mount, NC (On-site)
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9 a.m.–1 p.m. | 20 hrs/week (potential to increase to 25 hrs in 2026)
Compensation: $18–$25/hr, based on experience
Position Summary
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) supports client service operations and enhances client engagement. The CRM is responsible for scheduling annual reviews, maintaining CRM and calendar systems, coordinating social media activity, and preparing client materials. This role reports directly to the company president.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of customer service or relationship management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
NC Life & Health Insurance license preferred
Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
Key Responsibilities
Schedule 3+ client review appointments daily
Manage Google calendar and CRM (AgencyBloc) updates
Prepare client meeting materials and follow-up documentation
Support marketing through LinkedIn, Facebook, and X updates
Assist with client communication and office efficiency
