Part-Time House Manager / Family Assistant –

About the Role
Core Responsibilities (~15–20 hrs per week)
Focus
What you’ll actually do
Home upkeep
Light daily tidy of kitchen & living areas; weekly deeper clean of bathrooms and floors
Laundry loop
Wash, fold, put away clothes & linens each visit
Kid logistics
School pick-up (2:30 p.m.) → drop at soccer or home; quick homework/handoff
Dinner glide-path
Re-heat or prep simple meals, reset kitchen afterwards
Optional extras (only if you’re interested): grocery curb-side pick-ups, returns/errands, occasional evening babysitting.
Schedule
Typical days: Mon / Tues / Wed / Fri (flexible)
Typical window: 9:30 – 2:30 -OR- 2:00 – 6:00 p.m.
We can shift days or add a fourth afternoon if you want more hours.
Pay & Perks
$18 – 22 per hour DOE
Guaranteed minimum weekly hours once the schedule is set
Paid trial week so we both know it’s a fit

Must-Haves
3 + yrs experience in professional housekeeping, childcare, or household management
Reliable car, clean driving record, proof of insurance
Comfortable with kids 4–10 yrs and two friendly, medium-sized dogs
Able to pass background & reference checks
Love of tidy spaces and “leave it better than you found it” mentality
Nice-to-Haves
Basic meal-prep chops
Familiarity with digital checklists or group-chat updates
CPR/first-aid certification
