About the Role 


The Produce Sales Executive is a pivotal member of our sales team, bringing industry experience, key account relationships, and a deep understanding of the produce supply chain. This individual will spearhead brokerage activities, identify new partnerships, and expand our reach in the fresh produce space. Reporting directly to the President, and eventually the VP of Sales, the Produce Sales Executive will own their domain and collaborate closely with leadership to tell our story, grow revenue, and help scale our mission to Revive Communities Through Food.


Qualifications 

Key Responsibilities:


· Cultivate and manage key wholesale, retail, processor, and distributor relationships.


· Lead fresh produce brokerage sales and margin optimization strategies.


· Support produce production and operations order fulfillment


· Align grower/packer supply with customer demand.


· Represent Ripe at trade shows, farm visits, and industry functions.


· Collaborate with logistics and operations for seamless fulfillment.


· Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM documentation.

On Target Earnings Shown. Comp plan is base salary + uncapped commissions.
