We’re looking for a Rider Experience Specialist who can connect with people, earn trust, hustle for the deal, and help customers find the Harley-Davidson® that fits their life.

Qualifications
Can talk to anybody.
Knows how to listen.
Isn’t afraid to pick up the phone.
Can handle rejection without folding.
Has a competitive mindset.
Shows up on time and ready to work.
Takes ownership instead of making excuses.
Understands that follow-up makes money.
Wants to grow, learn, and move up.
Can work Saturdays, events, and other peak dealership hours.
Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Has sales experience, customer-service experience, motorcycle knowledge, or the ability to learn fast.
