As a Service Coordinator, each day will bring new opportunities, but you will always be involved in:

• Answering all calls inbound to the Service Department: scheduling all appointments and providing assistance appropriate to the caller’s needs

• Coordinate customer’s vehicle service appointments, including scheduling and coordinating loaner or rental vehicles, as applicable

• Monitor scheduled reservations,contacting no-shows daily to reschedule
