Qualifications
High school diploma required, associate degree preferred- or higher. Switchboard experience is preferred. Customer service and professionalism, portraying the ECU Health Edgecombe Hospital image is a must. Additionally, qualified candidates need to be able to multi-task, remain organized, work well under stress and make decisions in unusual situations.
