TWIN COUNTY MEDIA
Nash and Edgecombe Counties continue to experience unprecedented economic momentum, positioning the Twin Counties as a leading hub for innovation, commerce, and community growth in Eastern North Carolina. Strategic investments, visionary developments, and robust infrastructure projects are propelling the region forward, offering transformative opportunities for businesses and residents alike.
At the forefront of this economic surge is the Rocky Mount Industrial Village, a premier industrial park that exemplifies the region’s commitment to fostering industrial expansion. Offering 408,000 square feet of available space, the Village is strategically designed to accommodate a variety of industrial and manufacturing needs. Its proximity to major transportation routes, including I-95 and US 64, provides businesses with seamless logistics advantages, making it an attractive destination for national and international enterprises.
Both Nash and Edgecombe counties benefit from their strategic location between the Research Triangle and the East Coast’s key corridors. This connectivity is further enhanced by the presence of major highways, CSX Rail services, and easy access to Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Additionally, the Kingsboro CSX Select Site in Edgecombe County, a 1,449-acre shovel-ready megasite, offers unparalleled opportunities for large-scale industrial development.
