US Road Running Series – 1M, 5K, 10K, 15K & Half Marathon

• Where: Stith–Talbert Park, Rocky Mount

• When: Multiple dates, including July 5, 2025 at 8:30 a.m.

• Details: Out-and-back routes with a 3h 30m finish window for half marathoners. Themed medals for all finishers, plus awards for best costume!

Mill Chill Rocky Mount Mills 4‑Miler & 1.5‑Mile Fun Run/Walk

• Where: Rocky Mount Mills

• When: December 14, 2025 @ 1:30 p.m.

• Details: Scenic 4‑mile run or shorter 1.5‑mile walk/run, benefiting the MS Society. All participants receive a commemorative shirt and racing bib. Awards by age groups, plus brewery-team competition.
