US Road Running Series – 1M, 5K, 10K, 15K & Half Marathon
Where: Stith–Talbert Park, Rocky Mount
When: Multiple dates, including July 5, 2025 at 8:30 a.m.
Details: Out-and-back routes with a 3h 30m finish window for half marathoners. Themed medals for all finishers, plus awards for best costume!
Why Run It: This is part of the US Road Running Series, where participants can earn series points.
Tackle the Tar 5K Obstacle Race

Details: Scenic 4‑mile run or shorter 1.5‑mile walk/run, benefiting the MS Society. All participants receive a commemorative shirt and racing bib. Awards by age groups, plus brewery-team competition.
