Rocky Mount, North Carolina, has secured the top spot in UDisc's renowned "Disc Golf Health Index," highlighting its diverse array of disc golf courses. With over 1 million downloads globally, UDisc is the go-to app for disc golfers, providing interactive maps, scoring, and more.



North Carolina ranks impressively in the UDisc Health Index, standing 4th in course variety and 8th in course availability, boasting a total of 402 courses across the state. Rocky Mount, nestled among major cities and counties in North Carolina, has become a hub for disc golf enthusiasts.


Nash County, a proud host of 8 meticulously curated disc golf courses, offers experiences for beginners and pros alike. The newest addition, Battle Park, features eighteen holes designed for pro players, spanning distances from 220 ft. to an impressive 900 ft.


Disc golf's popularity contributes significantly to Nash County's tourism industry, generating over $334.70 million in annual economic impact. Lynn Driver, a founding member of Rocky Mount Disc Golf (RMDG), has dedicated over 15 years to bolstering the disc golf community within Nash County.
